This is truth…
Imagine this. A life size statue of a person. Made of the purest crystal glass possible.
Now imagine this. Standing in front of this statue is Jesus. He is gazing into the statue’s face. He looks into the eyes. He smiles.
Now look at the face of the statue. It’s your face. Yes. When Jesus sees you, he sees perfection. As he looks into your eyes he sees absolute purity. No blemish. No stain. No brokenness. No dirt. Crystal clear.
This is not your imagination. This is your truth.
His sacrifice was not without purpose. He created us perfectly. He sees us clean and pure. No matter how you might see yourself. No matter how the world might see you. He sees crystal clear perfection. It’s through these eyes he loves us.

I pray that you, established in love, may have power to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge – that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:16-19
